Apo Ozkececi
Managing Partner & Program Director
Apo blends mediation and coaching to unlock potential in individuals and organizations. A Harvard Law School Executive Education alumnus and a certified mediator from the Singapore Mediation Center, Apo brings his global experience spanning over 20 years in business, technology, and management.

Apo has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Mobility, and another Master's degree in Coaching and Consulting in Change Management, blending system psychodynamics and organizational psychology. As a PCC Level trained coach, he further solidifies his expertise in guiding transformative change.

Alexandra Ennis-Ozkececi
Managing Partner & Client Director
Alexandra has been in Human Resources for over 15 years. Her journey across multinational corporations and startups has enriched her understanding of diverse organizational dynamics.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, and a second Master's degree in Change Management focused on systems psychodynamics and organizational psychology. Elevating her professional standing, Alexandra has also completed PCC Level training .
